Optical Shaft Measuring System Shaftcom C series
This optical shaft measuring machine offers high-speed and high-precision measurements that play an active role in production sites. High-speed measurements and high resolution are achieved with a line-scan camera and an 8000 pixel image sensor. Please experience for yourself the incredible measurement speed and accuracy enabled through optics. We also offer a model that equips a camera with a waterproof/dustproof standard rating of IP52 and an integrated computer. The design makes Shaftcom extremely robust and resistant to its surrounding environment.

A compact and robust system offering long-term gauge repeatability and reproducibility. The Shaftcom C Series shaft measurement system offers exceptional gauge repeatability and reproducibility of 1 μm or less. To meet customer requirements, the system allows custom combinations of various performance capability options such as a high-precision rotary axis and a multi-sensor system combined with contact type measurement. The C Series have the highest level of flexibility, accuracy and stability.
Advanced evaluation made possible with multi-sensor technology
Shaftcom shaft measurement systems can optionally be equipped with a contact probe system. Contact measurement can be seamlessly integrated into optical measurement runs and is suitable for measuring axial run-out, as well as into keyways and holes. These additional items can also be evaluated in a single measurement run, providing greater measurement flexibility. Intuitive operating software allows you to easily program measurement runs simply by clicking on measurement tasks and locations.
