ZEISS REACH CFX
Measurement accuracy is significantly impacted not only by the probe itself and the stylus at its tip but also by the extensions used. However, this is not the case with ZEISS REACH CFX, an extension made of carbon fiber. Featuring high rigidity and high thermal stability, ZEISS REACH CFX’s expansion and contraction is extremely minimal, thus achieving stable measurement accuracy. In addition, ZEISS REACH CFX is recommended by measuring machine class for optimal cost performance.
ZEISS OmniFix® Vise・Kit
The key feature of OmniFix® Vise・Kit, which is used as a jig to secure workpieces, is that it offers high repeatability and can secure and hold workpieces easily, even complex-shaped ones. Another major strength of OmniFix® Vise・Kit is that it can flexibly secure workpieces, regardless of whether the measurement is contact or non-contact type.
ZEISS FixAssist
ZEISS FixAssist makes adjustment of the stylus system angle easy, fast, and accurate. Normally, angle adjustment is extremely cumbersome as it must be carried out each time a different workpiece shape is measured, and this leads to reduced work efficiency. By utilizing ZEISS FixAssist, however, customers can eliminate the cause of such drops in work efficiency and improve overall productivity.
