Founded as Kayaba Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in 1935, the company is a comprehensive hydraulic equipment manufacturer that provides products that make use of vibration and power control technologies that rely on hydraulic components. It is active in a wide range of fields including hydraulic components for construction machinery, shock absorbers for two- and four-wheeled vehicles, and suspension systems.
